Approximate location, if you enable location services to discover nearby salons

  • Interaction data (pages viewed, buttons clicked, etc.)

2. How We Use Your Information

We only use your data for the purpose of providing and improving our service. Specifically, your information may be used to:

  • Facilitate and manage your bookings with partner salons
  • Send booking confirmations, appointment reminders, and updates

3. Data Storage and Security

Your data is securely stored and managed using Google Firebase, a cloud platform that complies with high standards of data protection.

Access to user data is strictly limited to authorized personnel and is protected by strong authentication mechanisms.

  • With the salon or beauty professional you have booked with, to manage your appointment
  • With trusted service providers (such as Firebase) strictly for operating the app
  • When required by law, regulation, subpoena, or court order

We do not authorize any third party to use your data for their own purposes.

As a user, you have the following rights concerning your personal data:

  • Access – You can request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
  • Correction – You may ask us to correct inaccurate or incomplete data.
  • Deletion – You may request that we delete your account and associated data.
  • Withdrawal of Consent – You can withdraw your consent for data use at any time.

Our app is not intended for use by children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If we become aware that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we will take steps to delete such information immediately.

We retain your personal data only as long as necessary to provide you with our services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. You may request deletion of your account at any time.

Although our services are based in Lebanon, your data may be stored and processed on servers located outside Lebanon via Firebase (e.g., in the EU or the USA). We ensure that all transfers comply with applicable data protection laws and that your data remains protected regardless of location.
